Hugo Award Nominees!

April 5, 2010

I love following the various speculative fiction awards and was particularly excited that a record number of people nominated works for the hugo this year. The nominees were just announced. I was able to quickly update TagShadow with the nominees for novel, novella, novelette, and short story as there was significant overlap with the Nebula Award nominees and the Locus Recommended Reading List which I’d already entered into TagShadow. The exceptions were Wake by Robert J. Sawyer and The Bride of Frankenstein by Mike Resnick and The Moment by Lawrence M. Schoen, which have also been added to TagShadow.

Go checkout the newly updated Hugo Award nominee TagShadow. Congratulations to all the nominees. TagShadow most directly deals with individual works of fiction, so that’s all I’ve mentioned here, but stay tuned as TagShadow should prove to be a useful tool for exploring the Editor categories as well in the near future.
